Offering both management and refurbishment and demolition surveys, we do it all, from domestic properties to oil and gas platforms offshore and everything in between. IAC are independent and only offer management services, meaning we are fully invested in giving you the best service and not what can benefit us. Our staff are BOHS (British Occupational Hygiene Society) P402 qualified surveyors and work to the guidelines of the HSE and HSG264. We use the best UKAS accredited laboratory for sample analysis with speedy results meaning our clients know what they are dealing with on-site as soon as possible.
